All About Jerry Pennock

Jerry is the man who made it all happen. 25 years ago he started Complete Restoration and built it to be the trustworthy company it is today. Through hard work and dedication, he has become a very successful entrepreneur. Originally from California, Jerry came to Utah to go to BYU. There he met the love of his life and together they have 6 kids. Soccer is his life’s passion. He coaches several teams and he currently has 2 kids playing soccer for BYU. Jerry loves making connections with people and helping everyone he comes into contact with.

All About Dan Goodwin

Dan has been one of the most loyal and experienced members of our team for 15 years now. As our General Manager, he has been a huge part in creating the high values and efficient procedures of our company. He’s a trusted leader in our office and an amazing husband and father at home. His favorite part of working in restoration is having the opportunity to help people during a tough time with an emergency they weren’t expecting and getting them put back together.

All About Kassidy Cuff

Kassidy is our front desk receptionist. She’s the friendly voice answering your calls! She has worked for us for 2 years now and has loved being a part the friendly environment that the staff instills. She has been married for 4 years and loves hiking with her husband. She is currently going to UVU and hopes to graduate within the next year. The integrity of our company makes her job fulfilling. She knows she is advocating for a company that produces quality work.

All About Greg Prusak

Greg has been part of our team as an estimator for 9 years! He loves working for our company because of the positive work environment. He is happily married and absolutely loves camping and fishing. He is an expert when it comes to fire damage, water damage, mold and sewage remediation, and odor detection. Through his many years in the industry, Greg has developed a wealth of knowledge that is a great asset to our company.

All About Jeff Peterson

Jeff was born and raised here in Utah. He is married to his beautiful wife and together they have 5 children. Jeff is all about family time and enjoying the outdoors together. He has been in the construction industry for 21 years and 13 years of it have been with Complete Restoration, now as an estimator. He’s knowledgable in structural drying, smoke remediation, fire damage,  and mold remediation. He is grateful to use his experience to help people and repair their damaged property.

All About Quade Bunker

Quade, one of our stellar estimators, has always enjoyed building, fixing, and working with his hands. He’s been with our company for 5 years, has worked in just about every aspect of the industry. Through his experience he’s very knowledgable in all things restoration, especially basement floods! He loves health, fitness and exploring Utah on his motorcycle. He finds his job very rewarding because he loves helping people get back on their feet after disasters.

All About Wes Clouse

Wes recently joined our team of estimators and is super dedicated to helping others when disaster strikes. He moved to Utah from Arizona with his wife and 3 adorable little girls. Now he and his family are exploring the outdoors of Utah. Construction has been apart of Wes’ life from a young age. He’s always enjoyed hands-on activities and has now created a career managing projects for 6 years. Roofing is an aspect of restoration he gets most excited about and he loves making things better than they were before. 

All About Clint Okamoto

Clint has been with Complete Restoration for 6 years. He is a loving husband and proud father of 3 daughters. He loves golfing, shooting, listening to audiobooks, and eating. As one of our business development reps, Clint can usually be found either networking or visiting one of our many referral partners that he has become friends with. Clint gets along with pretty much everybody and loves how we work as a team at our company.

Lori is a happy mom of 5 who is passionate about her family and mindful living. She is a member of our marketing and business development team. Lori comes from a background of professional ballroom dancing and still enjoys teaching and coaching. Through dance, she realized she is a true people person. Her passion for creating genuine connections drew her to marketing. Because of the high quality of work and integrity she’s seen, she feels confident in representing our company.
